We were really happy to have an upcoming undergraduate work with us this summer as part of the Hillman Academy Summer Program. Often, we assume antibiotic resistance for one antibiotic includes all other antibiotics in that class. Maeve did a great job of showing that this is not always correct, and in difficult cases, you really need to look at all other antibiotics in that class. Congratulations Maeve on a great summer.
